Natalia Borges Polesso is a researcher, a writer and a translator. Her works include Recortes para álbum de fotografia sem gente (2013); Amora (2015), winner of Prêmio Jabuti; Controle (2019). Her first novel was awarded the Prêmio AGEs and Vivita Cartier and shortlisted for Prêmio São Paulo de Literatura; Corpos Secos(2020); and, A extinção das abelhas (2021).
In 2017, Natalia was included in the list Bogotá39, which brings together the 39 most prominent writers under 40 in Latin America. Her work is translated into several languages and available in countries such as Argentina, Spain and the United States.
