The Summer Intensive Portuguese Institute (SIPI) is a special eight-week program optimized for those who wish to study beginning Brazilian Portuguese. While optimized for learners who have studied a Romance language, all undergraduate students, graduate students, and adult learners are eligible to apply. Students learn speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills though classroom instruction and a full range of co-curricular activities. Instruction will be five days a week, four hours a day.
